Boasting Bengal: Julia Wilson

Julia Wilson went to Southern Utah University after high school and studied music for two years. Then she moved back to Salt Lake and married her high school sweetheart, Travis Burnett, and they have three beautiful girls: Shali, 6; Savanna, 4; and Kaila, 1. They love to go camping as a family and enjoy time together.

When Julia isn't spending time taking care of her kids, she loves to play soccer. She has been playing goalkeeper in a women's league for about 6 years--and sometimes plays in up to three teams at a time! Julia plays 11v11 at the Jordan Soccer complex for a team called Mayhem, and last month she joined a team to play a tournament in Boise. They took first place and had a lot of fun. Not to discriminate the warmer weather, Julia plays women's 6v6, coed 7v7, and indoor soccer during the winter.
